Thanks so much to everyone who helped us to pack the shipping container today (21st November 2009), as well as to all who donated and collected items to fill it with.
We’ve been completely overwhelmed by the response to this effort and are very pleased to announce that we have filled the container!
Inside it are things such as:
- food, e.g. rice, flour, water, sugar, canned food
- clothes
- toys
- books
- hygiene packs
- guitars
- mattresses
- tools
- linen
There are still a few more things to come in the next 3 days, which will fill in the small gaps remaining. What an amazing response! Thanks again to all who helped, and please enjoy browsing these photos from the packing party.
