Wednesday 25th November
After packing the container on Saturday, the good folk from Agility arranged for our brim-full container to be collected on Wednesday morning. We took some video of the impressive feat of transferring this massive and very heavy container from the ground onto the back of the truck, so take a look when you get a chance – it’s very educational!
Thanks once again to everyone who helped us get to this point. Next step is the arrival of the container in Samoa and the distribution of all of the donated items!

Friday 20th November
Huge thanks to the students and staff at Forest Lake State High School for all of their time, effort and generosity shown by the goods they donated!
The students in years 8 and 9 responded generously and quickly to the needs for water, rice and flour which were only discovered in the past few days.
A competition to see which class could donate the most cans of food resulted in an awesome effort – well over 1500 cans of food have been donated and collected for the shipping container!
The students also helped to load all of the donations into the trailer ready to be taken back to our shipping container.
Thanks to all of the staff and students of FLSHS for your generous support!

More boxes of items donated by a local community member who heard the interviews of Hardout staff on the radio.
Building materials and other large items, donated from Bob McAlpine and Ray Prestidge, community members affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene.
Monday 16th November
Thanks to Ray, a member of our local community who donated a large box of assorted items to send to those in Samoa.
Wednesday 11th November
More donations coming in from community members and local businesses.
Thanks to Sauvao and Penelope for their many bags of donated goods for the container.
Thanks also to Reg Hovell and the team from Parmalat for their continued support and for the garbage bags filled with donations.
